KII® - Keller Influence Indicator

Influence is what you do. Being influential is who you are. Being influential is a higher order of influence. It leads to long term results. Being influential is the capacity to effect change on the character, development, or behavior of another person, situation, or circumstance. Once you become influential you will always have influence. Being influential depends on the Seven Influence Traits®; Confidence, Commitment, Courage, Passion, Empowering, Trustworthiness, and Likeability. If any of the Seven Influence Traits® are in short supply or are not fully maximized, then you have not reached your highest Influence Potential.

The analysis of the natural behavioral style based on the DISC methodology gives information about strengths, areas of development, communication, management styles, what motivates and demotivates assessed person, preferred work environment, values to the group and organization, provides also guidance for better relationships. This knowledge helps not only for personal awareness of the preferred behaviors but also for understanding the behaviors and reactions of others; for improvement of relationships and for more effective communication with people around us; how to manage our employees more effectively etc.

After completing an online questionnaire for analysis of the natural behaviors, the system provides an individual and / or group report. Team profile is prepared only as part of a training, the focus of which is to present and understand the methodology; presenting the group report, discussing the result and what it means to the group / team; creating an action plan for possible change.
