About me
- I am a professional communication (CommoUniquation) coach since 2012.
- Currently, with 1300 + hours of professional experience with individual clients and teams from a myriad of age groups, professional background and managerial level in small and big international companies.
- I partner my clients in awareness building around the value of communication in two directions. I assist them in identifying Commonvalues and goals while respecting and accepting the diversity and Uniqueness in others. I also help my clients get rid of their limiting beliefs, inner saboteurs and to transform them into resources for personal and professional growth.

I advized them on communityproject design and management, grant-proposal writing and budget preparation, managing an average of 40 community projects per year with a total annual budget between $80,000 and $100,000.
- I facilitated negotiations, problem solving and conflict resolution between host organizations and volunteers and consulted them on cross-cultural issues and adjustment and communication.

I am Geneviève Fougère-Bonnet
I am a professional Coach, certified by Erickson College International in Vancouver and ACC accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
I am enthusiastic, optimistic and fascinated by the force that pushes people to exceed their limits to move forward in all circumstances.
I have seen this often in business or I have practiced for more than twenty years alongside Presidents and General Managers, sharing their daily life in a relationship of absolute trust and confidentiality. I experienced all the key stages in the life of the company from the inside, such as creation, takeover, development, recession, diversification, merger or disposal.
Rich in my concrete experiences and experiences, I naturally oriented myself towards supporting business creators, team leaders and their team and managers. The common point among all is to undertake and want to achieve specific objectives, such as piloting projects and successfully launching them, improving self-confidence, developing clear communication, etc.
What is important to me, and it is my uniqueness, is to help them develop positive behaviors so that they take action with great creative energy, and that it is sustainable.
